Combine salt, pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and a splash of vinegar in a large dish or zip-top bag. Add the steaks, making sure they're fully coated. Let them marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature to soak up the flavours.
Heat your BBQ to medium-high. Take the steaks out of the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Cook them for 2 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they're done to your preference.
Move the steaks to a clean plate, loosely cover them with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes. This step helps the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
Enjoy the steaks with your choice of sides, pouring over any juices that have collected while they were resting.
