For best use, we recommend roasting vegetables with a generous coating of one of our vegetable rubs or seasonings. Start by adding a small amount of cooking oil (olive or vegetable) to coat your roast vegetables, then mix through the desired spice mix.
You may want to keep it simple and just add our SPG (salt, pepper and garlic), but if you’re really aiming to boost the flavour profile of roast vegetables try adding our Big Tex for more complex flavours and a bit of heat.
