BBQ Coffee Rub

Amplify and tenderise your favourite meats with this cracking flavour combo. Best used on beef and cooked over charcoal and reverse searing. This coffee rub is hand-mixed and completely free from additives, preservatives, MSG and gluten.

How to use: Apply liberally to all meats prior to cooking (based on taste preference).

This might be the only spice product we make that we recommend for those with a bit more experience. It’s not exactly something that you’ll want to add to your roast vegetables or pan-fried fish. This one is for weapons who will slow cook a brisket for 10 hours reverse-searing a rib eye. Give this mix a go when you’re aiming for the title of BBQ king amongst your friends.
