Our Shipping Guidelines
By using bigdogspices.com.au, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time.
By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or becoming a member of the bigdogspices.com.au newsletter, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Big Dog Spices Pty Ltd (Big Dog Spices) may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver Australia wide using a courier service. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Perth metro region = 2 business days
- Regional WA = 3-7 business days
- Interstate metro regions = 3-7 business days
- Regional Australia = 5-10 business days
We recommend you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient won’t be at home.
Delivery Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $79. For orders under $79, a flat rate of $7.95 will be charged.
Unattended Deliveries
Due to the sheer volume of deliveries, Big Dog Spices and it’s agents are not always in a position to contact gift recipients and/or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended and we are unable to obtain further delivery instructions. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order.
Big Dog Spices retains records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from ‘returned, melted, infested or undelivered’ products.
Wrong Address
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, Big Dog Spices cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.
In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, It is the customer’s responsibility to decide whether they would like to pay an additional shipping charge and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
Delivery Schedule
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the above delivery schedule, we use external couriers for all our deliveries, and occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays in the above time frames. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.
