We are unable to accept any returns or changes to your order once it has been processed or shipped. All orders are final and non-refundable unless cancelled within the accepted period.
Please note that food items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. For orders that haven’t been processed, a cancellation request must be placed by calling 1300 152 160 during business hours.
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event that a customer needs their order re-delivered on the day of the delivery, a $20 administrative fee will be charged.
